Desktop Support Engineer

The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows
Desktop Support, Hardware Support and Basic Networking. They will be an enthusiastic
team player, comfortable communicating with people at all levels within the Group.

Using their excellent software and hardware support skills, their role will be to provide
desktop and hardware support - as well as some network support for both internal and
remote users. Experience of troubleshooting PCs and general hardware, as well as proven
Windows Server 2003 and Windows Operating System skills will also be an advantage.
This varied role would suit an experienced and motivated Desktop Support Engineer or IT
Professional with a full driving license - as this position will require extensive travel across
the North of England and Southern Scotland. A company vehicle will be provided. Salary is
dependent upon experience. The usual company benefits apply.
